So we built something new

experienship

/ɪkˌspɪəriˈɛnʃɪp/ · noun

A structured, short-term project engagement between a student and a startup. Not an internship. Not a course. Real work, real output, real proof.

01

Founder scopes the project

A real task from a real product, not a made-up assignment.

02

Student delivers the work

Guided by the startup's team. Every milestone reviewed.

03

Both sides get value

The student gets a verified credential. The founder gets work done.

Sprintz handles coordination, NDAs, and logistics. Both sides just do the work.

The problem

Two sides. Same problem.

The gap between talent and opportunity is not about skill. It is about structure.

S

For Students

"I have the skills. Why won't anyone give me a chance?"

You have spent time learning to code, design, analyse, or write. But every opportunity wants "2 years of experience" you cannot get without the opportunity itself. It is a loop nobody talks about honestly.

Sprintz is the way in. Real project, real startup, real credential. No portfolio needed. This is how you build one.

F

For Founders

"I need things done yesterday. Not another hiring process."

You have a product to ship, user research to run, content to create. Hiring takes months. Freelancers are a gamble. You need someone motivated, scoped to a project, and ready to deliver.

Sprintz connects you with vetted students. Your team guides the work. We handle NDAs, coordination, and milestone tracking.

The numbers speak

Why this matters.

Students have more access to education than ever. But employers still say they're not ready.

0%

of Indian graduates were employable in 2024

Mercer-Mettl 2025

0–80%

of internships found via networking, not merit

RippleMatch 2023

0%

of employers globally say graduates aren’t job-ready

WEF 2023

0%

of students secure experience only through personal networks

Strada 2025

The problem isn't learning. It's proving you can apply it. Tier-2 and Tier-3 students have near-zero access without connections.

The other side

Hiring is broken.

Early-stage founders have real work that needs doing now. Traditional hiring is slow, expensive, and certificates don't tell them who can deliver.

0%

of Indian startups cite talent as their #1 challenge

NASSCOM 2024

0%

of recruiters prioritize portfolios over certifications

HBR 2023

0%

of early-stage founders can’t afford full-time hires

Deloitte 2023

0%

of Indian employers discount MOOC badges without projects

India Skills Report 2024

Average time-to-hire for startups is 45+ days. They can't wait that long. They need capable people scoped to a project. Now.

Sprintz is an experienship platform that connects college students with startups, solopreneurs, and early-stage ventures for real project work. We handle vetting, coordination, NDAs, milestone tracking, and verifiable credentials, so both sides can focus on what matters.

An experienship is a blend of experience and internship. It is a structured engagement where students work on real projects for startups and early-stage ventures. Unlike traditional internships, experienships are milestone-driven and result in verified Sprintz credentials that prove your employability.

Final year and pre-final year students can apply. Exceptions are made for 1st and 2nd year students with strong skillsets. Recently graduated students (up to 2 years after graduation) are also eligible. You do not need a portfolio. Sprintz is designed to help you build one. All you need is a skillset that sets you apart. The platform will always be free for students.

Sprintz is free for students. Our core platform features will always remain free for students. For founders and solopreneurs, we handle coordination end to end. Reach out to the Sprintz team for details on how we work with founders.

Sprintz facilitates the coordination between students and your team. Students submit deliverables at each milestone, and your experienced team members review and guide the work directly. Sprintz tracks milestone progress and handles the logistics.

Sprintz is planned to launch in Q2 2026 (April to June). Join the waitlist to be among the first students or founders when we go live. Early adopters get priority access.
