Enter the Talent Pool
Once approved, your status moves to "In Talent Pool." You are now visible for project coordination.
Receive a Project Invitation
You will get a project summary with role details. You have 48 hours to accept or decline.
Sign NDA & Start
Accept the invitation and sign the NDA. Once signed, you get full access to project details and your team.
Work Through Milestones
Submit deliverables at each milestone. The startup's experienced team reviews your work and provides feedback.
Complete & Earn Credentials
Finish the project. Earn verified Sprintz credentials for your portfolio. Prove your employability.
Guided by Experienced Teams
Each project is guided by the startup's own experienced team. They review milestone submissions, provide feedback, and ensure deliverables meet real-world standards.
