Sprintz does not control or assume responsibility for communications, deliverable assessments, or arrangements made outside of our platform.

Sprintz facilitates the execution of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and other relevant agreements between students and founders. These agreements are entered into directly between the student and the founder or their respective entity. While we coordinate the process, Sprintz is not a signatory to these agreements and does not assume liability for the obligations contained therein.
